Catering Equipment Maintenance Services for Irish Government Offices

This is a Request for Tender (RFT) for preventative maintenance and repair services for catering equipment across three Irish government office locations: Áras Mhic Dhiarmada (Dublin 1), Longford Government Buildings, and Sligo Pensions Services Office. The contract requires the service provider to conduct twice-yearly inspections and preventative maintenance of all catering equipment in the office canteens, including inspection, servicing, and repair of hot water boilers in canteen and kitchenette areas at all three sites. Suppliers should be equipped to handle routine maintenance scheduling, equipment diagnostics, and emergency repairs to minimize downtime. This is an ongoing service contract with the Department of Social Protection.
