Independent Pension Advice for Research Council Staff

Provision of independent pension advice to approximately 184 members of staff in support of an ongoing organisational project relating to changes to the Research Council Pension Scheme. The advice will be delivered on a one-to-one basis to support individuals in understanding their current pension arrangements and the potential financial impact of the proposed scheme changes. This is an opportunity to provide professional pension advisory services to help staff members make informed decisions about their retirement planning during a period of significant scheme transition. Suppliers should have expertise in pension scheme advice, staff communication, and experience working with large organisations undergoing pension scheme modifications.
