Required features include integration with operational and business systems, mobile and self-service access, robust security and data protection measures, service management tools, and ongoing support services. The framework will cover implementation, system integration, data migration from existing solutions, staff training, and professional support services. NHS24 will be the initial call-off customer, with the Scottish Ambulance Service included as an optional participating authority. Suppliers should demonstrate experience delivering enterprise WFM solutions in healthcare environments, understanding of NHS operations, ability to support high-availability 24/7 systems, and capability to manage large-scale data migrations.
