Cleaning Services Tender for Hampton Academies Trust Schools

Educo Consultancy & Facilities Management is conducting a two-stage competitive tender for cleaning services across six schools in the Hampton Academies Trust in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire: Hampton College, Hampton College 6th Form, Hampton College Primary, Hampton Gardens School, Hampton Lakes Primary, and Great Haddon Primary School. Experienced cleaning contractors are invited to express interest and participate in the tendering process by submitting required responses. The contract covers 39 weeks of weekly cleaning per year plus 15-25 days of deep cleaning per school, depending on size. The initial contract term runs from 26 March 2027 to 25 March 2030 (three years), with optional extensions of up to two additional years based on satisfactory performance and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Bidders will have the opportunity to conduct site visits during stage two to evaluate spaces and gather information needed to develop proposals. TUPE employment data will be provided in stage two for contractor evaluation.
