Route-Based Passenger Transport Services 2026 (1-8 Seat Vehicles)

This is a passenger transport services contract for route-based provision using vehicles with 1-8 seat capacity, commencing in 2026. Reference: REF26971-REF2120. Service operates Mondays only. Two clients require transport from shared address at Clubtail Way, Northampton NN4 9ER (pickup 08:45, dropoff 17:00) and from Project Care, Ransome Road, Far Cotton, Northampton NN4 8AA (pickup 09:00, dropoff 16:45). Critical requirement: A female passenger assistant must accompany clients on all journeys. One client has good mobility but requires support due to anxiety, hypervigilance, low risk awareness, and autism spectrum disorder. This client may attempt to flee or undo seatbelt if anxious and risks becoming lost without supervision. The client has limited understanding of risk and danger, particularly regarding strangers, and response to emergencies is unclear. Transport must be supported to ensure safe arrival and secure handover at destination.
