    Brief

The Office of the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales seeks a service provider to deliver political monitoring, Senedd engagement, and public affairs support for three years. This contract supports the Commissioner's statutory role under the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act by keeping the office informed of political developments, policy opportunities, and risks across Wales' evolving political landscape. The provider will deliver: (1) comprehensive political monitoring including Senedd business updates, Welsh Government developments, and analysis of decisions affecting the Commissioner's priorities; (2) Senedd engagement support including organizing up to five annual briefing events with Members and coordinating participation in Senedd platforms; and (3) public affairs coordination including arranging attendance at party political conferences with pass acquisition, meeting coordination, and strategic support. The successful provider must demonstrate deep knowledge of Welsh politics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver timely, actionable insights. Providers are invited to outline additional public affairs services offered, clearly indicating whether these are included in the budget or available at additional cost.
