Specialist Engineering Training Services Framework

WM Trains is establishing a framework agreement for the provision of comprehensive engineering training services. Suppliers will be responsible for creating specialist training packages, delivering technical training both on-site and remotely, implementing training programmes, and developing train-the-trainer schemes. This framework is available for use by Train Operating Companies, Network Rail Infrastructure Limited, railway passenger and station licence holders, and DFT Operator Limited. The framework may be novated or assigned following corporate restructuring. Interested suppliers should note that WM Trains is conducting the procurement on behalf of all Participating Authorities and will be the primary point of contact throughout the process.
