Highways Materials and Rock Salt Supply Contract

Hull City Council is inviting tenders from qualified suppliers to provide highways materials and rock salt products for a three-year framework agreement, with an optional one-year extension. This is an open tender with a single-stage procurement process. The framework is divided into three lots: Lot 1 for Concrete, Lot 2 for Tarmac, and Lot 3 for Rock Salt. Suppliers may bid for one or more lots. The contract is scheduled to run from 11 January 2027 to 10 January 2030, with potential extension to 10 January 2031. The estimated annual spend is approximately £590,000, with a total maximum contract value of £1,770,000 over the initial three-year period, or £2,360,000 if the extension is exercised. Note that these estimates are provided for guidance only and do not commit the Authority to any minimum purchase levels.
