AHRRA Recruitment Services Partner – Ireland

The Assisted Human Reproduction Regulatory Authority (AHRRA) is a newly established Irish State agency (formed October 2025) that regulates assisted human reproduction services. Currently operating from temporary premises in Dublin, the agency is in its establishment phase and seeks a recruitment services partner to develop and implement comprehensive recruitment campaigns throughout the contract duration. The successful supplier will manage multiple recruitment competitions for various positions as AHRRA prepares for service delivery to the public beginning in early 2028. Key responsibilities include designing and executing recruitment processes, coordinating interviews (typically held over 1-2 days), and administering multi-stage interview processes with psychometric testing for senior positions. Some competitions will result in specific hires, while others may establish candidate panels for future use. The recruitment partner will work closely with AHRRA leadership to ensure all campaigns meet statutory requirements and support the agency's phased operational rollout throughout 2026-2027.
