    Brief

This opportunity involves developing a comprehensive Strategic Management Plan for the Sussex Heritage Coast area (covering Seven Sisters, Beachy Head, Lullington Heath, and Friston Forest between Seaford and Eastbourne). The plan will be created through partnership with public and private landowners and key stakeholders to address visitor management, economic development, environmental protection, and social well-being. The deliverables include a long-term strategic vision document and a five-year delivery plan covering: sustainable visitor management and dispersal; sustainable transport and active travel solutions; visitor economy growth; market analysis for innovation and technology; cultural heritage and small enterprise support; coordinated marketing and communications; public safety initiatives including suicide prevention and cliff safety; and nature recovery. The project will be completed in three phases, each concluding with a findings or draft report and stakeholder presentation, culminating in the final strategic document and delivery plan.
