St Mary's University External Website Redevelopment

St Mary's University, Twickenham is seeking a supplier to redevelop its external website into a modern, accessible, and user-centred digital platform. The new website will serve prospective students, parents, staff, alumni, and commercial partners while supporting the University's strategic goals in recruitment, engagement, and brand positioning. The project includes replacing the current Content Management System with an improved platform featuring enhanced content management, personalisation, system integration, and performance capabilities. The initial build phase (April 2026 to May 2027) encompasses UX discovery, design, development, testing, training, and post-launch support. Following launch, there will be a 3-year operational period for hosting and licensing with optional development support, extensible for two additional single-year periods. Key deliverables include website templates, navigation and search functionality, content management tools, digital asset management, personalisation features, integrations with third-party systems, marketing automation, accessibility compliance, SEO, analytics, and comprehensive training and support. The internal staff and student portals are out of scope.
