Arboriculture Services Framework Agreement

Three South Wales local authorities seek qualified arboriculture service providers to deliver a comprehensive framework agreement. Services will support tree management across council-owned assets including highways, parks, open spaces, countryside areas, schools, and estates, as well as external clients including major housing developers. The framework will cover a diverse range of activities: tree surveys and health assessments, structural integrity inspections, routine and specialist maintenance operations, tree and shrub supply, and landscape maintenance. Work will be assigned on an ongoing basis with varying scope and scale, from one-off specialist operations to routine care. Suppliers should be equipped to deliver duty-of-care tree management services and demonstrate expertise in arboricultural best practices, safety compliance, and external client delivery across the South Wales region.
