24/7 Security Operations Centre Monitoring Service

This opportunity seeks a Security Operations Centre (SOC) service provider to deliver out-of-hours monitoring and support to supplement Defra's existing in-house SOC team. The service must ensure continuous 24/7 security monitoring of Defra's IT infrastructure, systems, and networks outside normal business hours. The provider will be responsible for detecting, responding to, and escalating security incidents, threats, and anomalies in real-time. This service is critical to maintaining Defra's security posture and protecting its systems from cyber threats when the internal SOC team is not operating.
