Global Freight Forwarding Services for Diplomatic Shipments

FCDO Services is seeking experienced and accredited freight forwarding suppliers to join a multi-lot closed framework agreement for up to 4 years. The framework will support the Accompanied Diplomatic Bag (ADB) service, which manages the secure movement of goods accompanied by nominated Government Officers. Suppliers will primarily operate on a port-to-port basis, with port-to-door services available when required. Successful suppliers must be capable of: securing and arranging freight bookings for consignments of any size and weight; facilitating airside authority witness loading; preparing export and import declarations; arranging customs clearance; and providing handling equipment as needed. This is a global opportunity for logistics providers with proven experience in diplomatic freight handling and international shipping compliance.
