National Framework for Medium Works 2027 - UK Public Sector Construction Procurement

Pagabo Ltd, on behalf of The Education Alliance, is establishing the third version of the National Framework for Medium Works. This framework will support construction and works projects valued between £0k and £15m across the UK public sector. The framework is designed to be compliant with the Procurement Act 2023 and will enable public sector organisations to procure works from both local and national contractors. The framework will run for 4 years from January 2027 with no extension options. Interested contractors are invited to register on the In-Tend e-tendering portal for updates and to attend a Preliminary Market Engagement webinar on 2nd July 2026. An online feedback survey is open until 13th July 2026 to gather input from current and prospective contractors. The tender is expected to launch in Q3/Q4 2026.
