The service delivers comprehensive support including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and assistance with all aspects of daily living. Location is a key consideration, taking into account the individual's preferences and needs. Each resident will have access to essential facilities including a private bedroom with en-suite or shared bathroom facilities, communal areas such as dining rooms and lounges, gardens, laundry services, and utilities. The provider will ensure appropriate furnishings in each room and meals tailored to individual dietary requirements. This is a continuous contract with rolling terms, operating through Individual Service Agreements for each placement. The contract terminates once all active placements end. Interested providers should have experience delivering high-quality residential care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of older adults.
