    The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) is seeking a scalable, secure, cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) fleet management platform to manage and maintain its 5,500+ vehicle assets across London. The solution must integrate with existing MPS systems and external services to support operational efficiency, public safety, and service delivery. Required capabilities include: fleet and asset administration; digital document management with role-based access control (RBAC) and single sign-on (SSO); automated workflows with task notifications and progress tracking; real-time collection and delivery tracking; reporting and fleet status dashboards for central and divisional units; accident and insurance recovery management; hire and pool vehicle management; asset procurement and decommissioning; maintenance and inspection scheduling; marine asset management; collision repair management; workshop management with time and cost control; parts inventory and supplier management; defect management with warranty and trend analysis; driving offence management; and fuel management including electric vehicle (EV) support.
