    Brief

The Agri-Food and Biosciences Institute (AFBI) Fisheries and Aquatic Ecosystems Branch seeks to procure and implement one advanced imaging flow-cytometry system for automated analysis of marine plankton and suspended particulates. The system must deliver high-resolution imaging, optical triggering capabilities, and automated morphological analysis to support the SEUPB PEACEPLUS-funded ACCLIMATISE project. The complete procurement includes all hardware, software, accessories, and consumables necessary for full operational capability. The supplier must provide comprehensive installation and commissioning services, full warranty coverage, reactive repair and maintenance support throughout the equipment lifecycle, and on-site operator training for AFBI staff to ensure proficient use of the system. The equipment will enable shipboard monitoring and analysis to advance marine environmental research and climate adaptation initiatives.
