Irish Defence Forces Branded Merchandise Supply Contract

The Irish Defence Forces seek a single supplier to provide comprehensive branded merchandise for the Army, Air Corps, Naval Service, Reserve Defence Forces, and Joint Recruitment Office. The contract covers drinkware (water bottles, insulated cups, protein shakers), stationery (notebooks, pens, pencils, cases, sharpeners, rulers, erasers, highlighter sets), apparel and accessories (beanies, neck scarves, wristbands), and novelties (phone pop sockets, trolley token keyrings, hand sanitiser bottles). All items must be branded with Defence Forces logos or insignia. The successful bidder will be the sole supplier responsible for managing inventory, quality assurance, and timely delivery across all five Defence Forces branches and the recruitment office. Suppliers should demonstrate experience in bulk promotional merchandise production, quality control, and ability to customize items with Defence Forces branding.
