Robotic Process Automation Partner for Capability Building and Delivery

Oldham Council is seeking a specialist Robotic Process Automation (RPA) partner to establish a sustainable internal automation capability while delivering a portfolio of automations across Council services. Rather than simply purchasing development resources, the Council aims to build lasting in-house expertise that will continue after the contract period ends. The successful supplier will deliver a minimum of 15 production-ready automations and provide comprehensive knowledge transfer, governance frameworks, staff training, reusable automation assets, and operational support. This partnership will enable the Council to establish the processes, standards, and internal skills required to independently sustain and expand automation delivery beyond the initial engagement.
