Mechanical Services Installation Contract – St Catherine's Special School, Kilcoole

This is a construction contract for mechanical services at St Catherine's Special School in Kilcoole, County Wicklow, Ireland. The new special school building is a split-level, two-storey structure with approximately 6,200 square meters of floor space, designed to accommodate 25 classrooms, a hydrotherapy pool, clinician and educational support rooms, and associated facilities. As the Mechanical Reserved Specialist, the contractor will oversee complete mechanical services installations and manage sub-specialist appointments for: sanitaryware and plumbing installations, soil and waste systems, gas installations, space heating systems, ventilation and air conditioning systems, building energy management system (BEMS) controls, rainwater harvesting systems, and fire-fighting equipment supply and installation. This is a comprehensive mechanical systems role requiring expertise in coordinating multiple specialized installations.
