Holy Island Outer Lighthouse Refurbishment Contract

This contract involves minor refurbishment works at Holy Island Outer Lighthouse, located on Holy Island off the east coast of the Isle of Arran. The successful contractor will undertake the following works: internal and external painting of the building, fabrication and installation of perimeter fencing, refurbishment of internal doors and toilet facilities, and metalwork repairs. The project timeline is as follows: Invitation to Tender issued 16 February 2026; proposed site visit 3 March 2026; clarification deadline 16 March 2026; tender submissions due 26 March 2026; tender award expected by mid-April 2026; materials must be delivered to Oban for helicopter underslinging by 8 May 2026; works commence June 2026.
