    Brief

Caerphilly County Borough Council is seeking qualified organisations to deliver supported employment services through the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) model, funded by the UK Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) Connect to Work programme. Connect to Work is a voluntary supported employment initiative operating across England and Wales that helps disabled people, those with health conditions, and individuals facing complex barriers into meaningful work. The programme uses the evidence-based 'place, train, and maintain' supported employment model to support working-age participants who are currently unemployed or economically inactive. This opportunity is suitable for organisations experienced in delivering employment support to people with disabilities, long-term health conditions, and multiple social, emotional, or environmental barriers. Successful tenderers will deliver high-quality, tailored, and intensive employment support aligned with government's Get Britain Working Strategy. Interested organisations must submit tender responses following the requirements outlined in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) pack, which will be evaluated against published criteria.
