    Brief

Opportunity to deliver a flexible, housing-related floating support service for up to 40 families with support needs across Barry and Penarth, Wales. Five units are reserved for service users in designated RSL (Registered Social Landlord) properties, while the remaining 35 units serve families in any type of housing tenure. The service aims to help vulnerable families access information, advice, support, and resources to make informed decisions and live independently. The provider will develop individualized support plans addressing both practical and emotional needs, with support intensity decreasing as service users gain independence. The service must be needs-led, outcome-focused, and time-scaled. Providers must monitor all service aspects, establish a management agreement with Newydd Housing Association for the five designated properties, and demonstrate capacity to deliver flexible, tailored support that builds service user independence and community participation.
