    Brief

North London Forensic Service seeks a qualified General Practitioner or GP service provider to deliver comprehensive primary healthcare to adult inpatients across two secure mental health facilities: Chase Farm Hospital and Avesbury House. These low and medium secure units accommodate 210 inpatients requiring ongoing medical support. The service will include: regular scheduled GP clinics, annual physical health assessments, responsive evaluation and treatment of ad hoc medical referrals, management of chronic long-term conditions, preventative health interventions, health promotion activities, and appropriate onward referral to secondary care specialists when needed. The GP service must operate collaboratively with the Trust's multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure integrated, patient-centered care. Interested suppliers should have experience working within secure mental health settings and demonstrate ability to manage the complex health needs of forensic inpatients.
