Cleaning Services Contract for The Archer Academy

The Archer Academy, an outstanding secondary school with two campuses in Finchley, London Borough of Barnet, is seeking a professional cleaning contractor. The contract will run for an initial three-year term from 1st September 2026 to 31st August 2029, with options to extend for up to two additional years (1+1) by mutual agreement, subject to qualitative and financial performance. The school requires a contractor who can deliver consistently high cleaning standards across all areas, maintain robust staffing and supervision, meet clear KPIs with performance monitoring, implement innovative sustainability and efficiency solutions, and provide proactive support throughout the contract. The projected five-year turnover is approximately £470,000. Termly and annual reviews will be conducted, and a break clause is included to support both parties.
