Enterprise Workforce Analytics SaaS Platform

National Grid is seeking a commercial off-the-shelf Software as a Service (SaaS) platform to deliver enterprise-grade workforce analytics and insights. The solution must replace the organization's current engineering-heavy, fragmented reporting model with a modern, scalable analytics capability that integrates data from multiple HR and workforce systems including SAP SuccessFactors, OrgVue, and other enterprise platforms. Key requirements include: a governed workforce data model supporting historical analytics and cross-organizational workforce modeling; advanced and explainable AI-enabled analytics with predictive modeling, correlation analysis, and scenario simulation; intuitive self-service reporting and narrative-led insight generation; operational workforce planning and organizational change analysis; and minimal dependency on specialist engineering resources. The platform must support secure multi-system data integration, provide transparent AI governance with bias monitoring and explainability controls, and enable progressive expansion to additional data sources such as ServiceNow and Qualtrics. Initial implementation will focus on SAP SuccessFactors integration, core workforce analytics coverage, and transition of existing HR analytics users, with subsequent phases expanding predictive capabilities and broader business adoption.
