HVAC System Replacement and Installation for CSSD at Children's Health Ireland Temple Street

Children's Health Ireland at Temple Street is seeking qualified suppliers for the replacement, supply, and installation of one CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department) HVAC system, including an Air Handling Unit (AHU) and Heat Pump to be located at roof level adjacent to Plant Room MECH 4. The scope of work encompasses all necessary modifications to existing piping, ducting, and electrical connections at roof level to integrate the new system. Additionally, the project includes Building Management System (BMS) modifications, featuring a new BMS control strategy, updated graphics, sensor data logging, and seamless integration into the existing BMS infrastructure. Suppliers should be experienced in healthcare facility HVAC installations and BMS integration.
