Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services for New Special School

Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking a Project Management and Quantity Surveying services supplier for a new special school building in Wrexham designed to serve pupils with additional learning needs. The successful supplier will lead the project from post-RIBA Stage 2 design through detailed design, procurement, construction, and final handover phases.
