Employer's Agent Services for Tooting and Mitcham Residential Development Project

Habinteg Housing Association and Hoyler Developments Ltd seek an Employer's Agent and Clerk of Works for a major residential development at Tooting and Mitcham in South London. This is a direct award contract via the EN:PROCURE Construction Consultancy Framework (Gen4), awarded to Lot-1 Employer's Agent Services following MEAT assessment. The project, valued at approximately £23.4 million, will be delivered in a single phase over 20 months of construction preceded by a 5-6 month RIBA Stage 4 design period. The contractor will act as Employer's Representatives under a development agreement, with a contract start date of 1 April 2026 and practical completion target of 31 July 2028.
