Interim Head of Financial Accounting Services

Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) is seeking an experienced Head of Financial Accounting through a contract with Ambient People to provide interim coverage during the recruitment process for a permanent position. This critical role is responsible for accounts production, accounting policy development, treasury management, and liaison with external auditors. The successful contractor will have demonstrated expertise in financial accounting, strong knowledge of public sector accounting standards, and experience managing financial operations within a local authority or combined authority environment.
