This opportunity seeks a comprehensive Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services provider to support employee health and organisational wellness. Core services must include: standard occupational health referrals with seamless cross-referral capabilities, dedicated employee and employer portals for easy access and communication, specialist neurodiversity referrals and assessments, and structured onboarding processes for new users. Additionally, an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is required to provide confidential counselling, mental health support, and wellbeing resources. The successful supplier will integrate these services into a cohesive platform that improves employee health outcomes, reduces workplace absences, and supports organisational duty of care obligations.
