Learner Finder Services - Preferred Supplier Framework for DN Colleges Group

DN Colleges Group is seeking experienced organisations to join a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) for learner recruitment and engagement services. The primary focus is identifying, recruiting and supporting eligible adult learners for Skills-funded courses across South Yorkshire and Greater Lincolnshire, including online and distance learning options. Core services include learner recruitment, advice and guidance, eligibility verification, enrolment support, learner handovers and performance reporting. Secondary opportunities may be available for classroom-based Adult Skills, Higher Education and 16-19 provision. Up to three suppliers will be appointed and ranked competitively, with the top-ranked supplier receiving priority for work opportunities and unmet demand passing to lower-ranked suppliers. The contract runs for three years initially, with optional extensions of two further 12-month periods. Compensation is based on agreed fees per eligible learner placed, with no guaranteed minimum volumes or spending.
