Streetlight Replacement Project - Winscombe (10 Units)

This is a 'source and erect' contract to replace 10 streetlighting units across two locations in Winscombe, North Somerset (BS25 area). The successful contractor will be responsible for removing and safely disposing of existing streetlights, supplying new components (luminaires, photoelectric control units, columns, and bracket arms), and installing the complete new assemblies. Key Requirements: - Supply and install luminaires meeting or exceeding DW Windsor Kirium Pro 1 specifications - Install integrated Part-Night photoelectric control cells for automatic energy-saving dimming or shutdown during off-peak hours - Provide physical supporting infrastructure suitable for varying site conditions, including galvanised steel columns, wooden pole mountings, and outreach bracket arms - All civil works, structural installation, and equipment supply are included in this contract Locations: - Church Road, Winscombe: 9 units (identifiers C1, C2, C4, C5, C6, C7, C8, C9, C10) - The Square, Winscombe: 1 unit (identifier C1) Important Note: Any electrical grid connections, disconnections, or Distribution Network Operator (DNO) works must be quoted separately as distinct line items and are not included in the main contract scope.
