The collected information will enable Bernicia to better understand its customer base, meet compliance and regulatory requirements, and design services that meet the needs of all households. Suppliers should demonstrate proven experience delivering similar projects, expertise in achieving high-quality outcomes, and innovative approaches to improving response rates—particularly from traditionally hard-to-reach tenant groups. The data will enhance existing tenant records to support better service delivery and informed decision-making.
