Photography Services Framework Agreement

The North East Combined Authority is establishing a Photography Services Framework to secure reliable, flexible, and professional photography services on an as-needed basis. This framework will enable the Authority to commission photography work quickly while ensuring fair competition, transparent procurement processes, and value for money. Up to four suppliers will be appointed to deliver photography services for an initial 2-year period commencing August 2026, with options to extend for up to two additional 1-year periods (2+1+1 structure). This framework approach allows the Authority to access photography expertise across various projects and initiatives without the need for individual procurement exercises each time services are required.
