Copilot Agent Testing, Governance, and Monitoring Support

Ofgem seeks supplier support to enhance its Centre of Excellence (CoE) for AI Copilot agents. The organization has established a baseline infrastructure, governance lifecycle, and use case pipeline, but requires assistance in three critical areas: (1) developing structured testing protocols at the agent level and conducting comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT); (2) establishing a robust stage-gate review process with formalized governance ceremonies and decision-making frameworks; and (3) implementing end-to-end monitoring, telemetry, and analytics capabilities spanning development, testing, and live operations. The supplier will also help define monitoring requirements and controls across multiple governance domains including Power Platform, Security, AI governance, and data governance, ensuring consistent implementation and evidence trails throughout the agent lifecycle. This engagement supports Ofgem's objective to mature its AI capability management and operational excellence.
