    Brief

Development Bank of Wales is conducting a market engagement exercise to evaluate Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) platform solutions. This is not a formal tender, but rather an information-gathering exercise to understand current market capabilities, functionality, delivery models, and pricing for TPRM platforms that can help manage supplier risk across multiple business functions including security, compliance, risk, procurement and operational resilience. Suppliers are invited to describe their platform's capabilities across key areas: cyber risk monitoring (mandatory), supplier due diligence and assessment (desirable), supplier inventory and tiering (desirable), risk and compliance reporting (mandatory), workflow and remediation management (mandatory), and advanced features like supply-chain visibility and analytics (desirable). Responses should clearly indicate whether functionality is available as standard, through configuration, integration, customisation, or on the product roadmap, and should identify any dependencies, limitations, additional costs or third-party data requirements. This exercise will inform Development Bank of Wales' future procurement decisions; participation does not guarantee a subsequent procurement will be launched. Responses must be submitted via eTenderWales by 10:00 on 26 November 2026.
