Project Management Consultant - Somer Valley Infrastructure Project

This is a 12-month project management consulting contract valued at £80,000 (excluding VAT) or £96,000 (including VAT) with no optional extensions. The successful consultant will provide comprehensive project management and technical support for the Somer Valley development, including: leading the Sunnyside project through governance and funding approvals, overseeing land acquisition and utility diversions, managing utility workstreams and infrastructure technical design, supporting technical approvals for enabling and highway works, coordinating survey activities to discharge planning conditions, providing support during the Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) process including public inquiry, assisting with Full Business Case and ATSA development, developing and managing the project programme to coordinate stakeholders and deliver critical milestones, and supporting Local Development Order amendments. This role requires strong stakeholder management, knowledge of planning and infrastructure processes, and the ability to coordinate complex multi-disciplinary activities.
