Digital Assessment and Support Programme for Winchester District Businesses

Winchester Council is seeking a local delivery partner based in the Winchester district to deliver a structured digital assessment and support programme to ten micro or small businesses. The programme consists of six key phases: (1) an in-person digital assessment evaluating each business's current digital capability across operational and commercial areas; (2) a tailored digital action plan delivered within two weeks, prioritising immediate improvements and identifying longer-term strategic opportunities, including signposting to relevant support and funding; (3) up to four hours of one-to-one digital support per business to help implement priority actions; (4) a progress check-in to review advancement against the action plan and address barriers; (5) a final review to summarise outcomes and signpost to further support if needed; and (6) a comprehensive final report to the council including business details, assessment summaries, action plans, and case studies from at least three participating businesses. The delivery partner must be local to Winchester to deliver the majority of the programme in person.
