Supported Accommodation Service for Domestic Abuse Survivors - Market Engagement

Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) is seeking to re-commission four units of supported accommodation in dispersed properties to serve people experiencing or at risk of violence against women, domestic abuse, and sexual violence (VAWDASV). This market engagement exercise invites potential service providers to discuss future service delivery options before a formal procurement process begins. The service will provide housing-related support funded through Housing Support Grant, helping clients develop life skills, manage finances, sustain their accommodation, and reduce homelessness risk. Service providers would lease the four dispersed properties from WCBC and deliver eligible support services; accommodation and housing management costs are not covered by the service contract. Providers may also propose acquiring additional properties with WCBC consultation and subject to available funding.
