General Medical Services Provider for Church Lane Surgery, New Romney

NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board is seeking a provider to deliver General Medical Services (GMS) at Church Lane Surgery in New Romney, Kent, starting 1 December 2026. The provider must be legally eligible to hold a GMS contract and capable of assuming full operational responsibility immediately, including management of workforce, governance, digital systems and premises. The service must deliver uninterrupted essential primary medical care to patients registered at the practice. Estimated annual recurrent baseline value is approximately £1,006,315 (estimated 5-year total of £5,031,575 for planning purposes only). Actual payments will be determined by the GMS contract terms, national payment arrangements and registered weighted patient numbers. There is no fixed contract term or guaranteed contract value. The selection process will use the Most Suitable Provider Process under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit is managing this exercise on behalf of the Commissioner.
