Brief

Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) is establishing an Open Light Touch Framework to deliver Statutory and Non-Statutory training services to council staff and partners across Lincolnshire from Summer 2026 onwards. This 5-year framework (with potential 3-year extension) supports multiple council directorates and drives innovation in training provision. The framework is organized into six lots: (1) Health and Safety/Fire Safety Training, (2) Safeguarding Training, (3) Diplomas and Further Education Training, (4) Professional Training, (5) Early Years Training, and (6) Non-Core and Emerging Requirements. Suppliers can apply for any combination of Lots 1-5, with automatic entry into Lot 6 for new training services developed during the framework term. A voluntary supplier briefing event will be held on Wednesday 13th May 2026 at 11:00am via Microsoft Teams (participation is optional and will not affect procurement outcomes).
