Broadband Services Consolidation - Phase 1

A multi-phase broadband consolidation project to migrate 26 schools across a trust from three separate providers onto a single unified infrastructure-agnostic provider. This procurement represents Phase 1 and covers 12 schools: Northwood Primary, Hurworth Primary, Corporation Road Primary & Trust Office, Handale Primary, Heathfield Primary, Hemlington Hall Primary, Preston Primary, Mount Pleasant Primary, Cambrai Primary, Lingdale Primary, Golden Flatts Primary, and Harewood Primary. The procurement is being conducted through the Government Commercial Agency Framework and is strategically phased to align with existing contract expiry dates (August 2026 through June 2029). The ultimate goal is to consolidate all 26 schools under a single co-terminus contract with renewal aligned to September 2032, eliminating the complexity of managing multiple independent renewals and enabling better commercial terms and operational efficiency across the entire trust estate.
