    Brief

    Sport Ireland Facilities DAC is seeking a civil engineering consultancy firm to manage the implementation of a comprehensive car parking expansion and upgrade project. The selected consultant will be responsible for: developing the tender specification; evaluating and scoring contractor submissions; serving as Project Supervisor for Design Process (PSPD); and overseeing all project phases. The scope includes site levelling, tarmac surface installation, redesigned parking spaces, electric vehicle charger placement planning, lighting and drainage systems, and landscaping works. The consultant may also manage additional ad hoc projects during the contract term.
