    Brief

The Devon Mental Health Alliance (DMHA) is seeking service partners to provide integrated mental health support for adults with serious mental illness (SMI), including psychosis, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, severe depression, complex emotional disorders, and rehabilitation needs. The service will operate as a collaborative multi-agency partnership between primary care, secondary care, and community providers. Key service components include: an open-access front door for easy referral and entry; navigation support to connect individuals with appropriate community resources; one-to-one emotional support tailored to individual needs; psychosocial and group interventions to improve mental wellbeing; peer support programmes where individuals can share experiences with others facing similar challenges; and ongoing community-based wellbeing support to help people with SMI maintain stability and function in their local communities. The delivery model is flexible and designed at a locality level to address the specific needs of different communities across Devon. This is an opportunity for suppliers and partner organisations to join a coordinated network delivering person-centred, accessible mental health services.
