Housing Benefits and Council Tax Processing Services

This contract requires delivery of specialized processing services for Housing Benefits and Council Tax administration over a 12-month period. The successful supplier will handle approximately 10,400 Housing Benefit Change in Circumstance cases and Universal Credit applications, while also providing support for 88,400 Council Tax processing items. The supplier should have experience with high-volume, time-sensitive benefit and tax processing, with capability to manage the administrative caseload using appropriate systems and trained personnel. This is a Civica on Demand service delivery contract.
