Facilities Management Services Framework Agreement - Enterprise Ireland

Enterprise Ireland is seeking to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement with a qualified facilities management service provider to deliver comprehensive integrated facility management services across multiple locations in Ireland. The successful provider will manage both scheduled maintenance and emergency call-out services at Enterprise Ireland's headquarters in Dublin (The Plaza, East Point Business Park) and regional offices in Shannon, Cork, Waterford, Galway, Athlone, Sligo, and Dundalk, with reactive maintenance only required for Tralee and Letterkenny locations. Key requirements include: maximum 4-hour response time for critical events or equipment failures; 24-hour repair and call-out cover for all faults; full compliance with Health and Safety regulations and statutory requirements; comprehensive documentation and record-keeping of all facility activities; and demonstrated ability to manage facilities in a regulated environment. The framework will cover equipment maintenance, scheduled services, and emergency repairs.
