Project Manager for Deben Fields Housing Development

The successful contractor will oversee all aspects of project delivery, ensuring the development meets the local council's objectives across three critical areas: cost control and budget management, quality assurance and standards compliance, and adherence to project timelines. This role requires experienced project management professionals capable of coordinating complex construction projects with sustainability credentials. The project involves residential housing construction, ancillary assets, and leisure facilities, all built to PassivHaus energy efficiency standards. The project manager will liaise with council stakeholders, contractors, and other parties to ensure smooth delivery and successful project completion.
