Shed 3 Extension and Modifications at ICBF Tully Farm

This project involves modifications and extensions to an existing cattle housing structure at ICBF Tully, rather than new construction. Tenderers must inspect the site, verify existing dimensions, and integrate new work with the current building. The scope includes: raising the roof ridge and overall height, constructing reinforced concrete slurry tanks with new agitation points, installing a slurry aeration system (DairyPower model) and rubber slat mats (Comfort Slat Mat model) matching existing campus installations, building new cubicle platforms, retaining the existing passageway, installing methane box platforms, and constructing a lean-to shelter over the cattle crush area. All work must comply with Department of Agriculture, Food, and the Marine farm structure specifications (S101, S100, S102, S123). The existing building will not operate during construction. Tenderers should budget for protection, temporary support, structural alterations, integration with existing floors and services, roof modifications, and drainage adjustments.
